Issues with Groupy 2

The problems with Groupy 2 seem to become more aggravating the longer I use the program.  Microsoft Word has serious problems retaining additional instances (files for editing) within a specific group.  The same with Outlook.  Even when specified, Outlook cannot maintain edited emails within the Group it belongs to.  In addition, sometimes when I close one for the email windows, the whole program and the whole group goes down.

In addition, Groupy 2 seems to have problems working within a VPN.  Abnormal behavior multiplies in this case

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your system and issue.

  1. Need to know your Windows full version number. Use Winver.exe
  2. Groupy 2 version installed.
  3. Post several videos, showing us your issue would help us greatly to understand your issue.

I can answer some of the questions:

Windows 11 64-bit version: 23H2 (buiild 22631-3085)

Groupy 2 version installed is 2.12

There is no need for videos.  In general, Word does not retain newer instances within Groupy.  It is version 2401
