Hello, I am an existing Start11 user and would like to upgrade my version 1 to version 2. I am experiencing the following problems:

  1. My account is not recognized. I may not have created an account at time of purchase. I do have the original software download email that includes my activation number. The download link still works, but only for version 1. Please advise what you need from me to connect the account I just created to my previous purchases.
  2. Your website is malfunctioning, preventing me from ordering anything. See attached screenshot of the link provided above. I have gotten the same results using MS Edge, DuckDuckGo browsers in Windows and the same problem on my iPad and iPhone using Safari.

I hope these issues can be resolved quickly. I would like to upgrade to version 2.

If you received an email with your key (don't post it here), Stardock knows how to contact you provided you haven't changed your email address since.

You logged onto the forum. Click on your avatar in the top bar and a dropdown menu should appear. Click on "downloads". Then on Object Desktop Manager tab and in that tad "View Individual downloads". All the software you're entitled to can be downloaded from there.

A Community Support Assistant should be by to help you further with a link to the proper Support area.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First need to be clear that Start11 v2 is not free update from Start11 v1. So, you still need to purchase Start11 v2 to upgrade to it.

Second, for your issue not seeing you Start11 v1 on your account page. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
