https://www.stardock.com/products/start11/Hello, I am an existing Start11 user and would like to upgrade my version 1 to version 2. I am experiencing the following problems:
- My account is not recognized. I may not have created an account at time of purchase. I do have the original software download email that includes my activation number. The download link still works, but only for version 1. Please advise what you need from me to connect the account I just created to my previous purchases.
- Your website is malfunctioning, preventing me from ordering anything. See attached screenshot of the link provided above. I have gotten the same results using MS Edge, DuckDuckGo browsers in Windows and the same problem on my iPad and iPhone using Safari.

I hope these issues can be resolved quickly. I would like to upgrade to version 2.
