Multiplicity Seamless Control Hard Limit?

I am looking for some information. I work from home in the DEVOPS space. I have multiple systems setup for work. 1 Primary Computer and 12 Secondary Computers. It seems i've hit a soft limit of how many computers i can seamlessly control, which if its a license thing, great I will just buy another license, but if its a software limitation its a problem.

Can someone help? I can control all but 2 machines so 10 of the secondary respond just fine. The last two i cannot use unless i move two computers out of my grid.

Every Machine is a Windows 11 Pro Machine and they are based off the Ryzen 7 mini pc if that helps from Beelink.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. From here: https://forums.stardock.com/486104/multiplicity-support-faq#pcconfusion. We can conclude you can connect 1 primary + 8 secondary at any one time if you have the Multiplicity KVM Pro license. For more connection you can refer to this link:  https://forums.stardock.com/486104/multiplicity-support-faq#MoreSecondaries

Thanks

Your licensing is a little weird. The base page says up to 9 machines. I do not use KVM, only seamless. I also am not corporate. Just a personal user.

I want to support up to the current 12 machines. Do i simply need to buy additional licenses or ?

KVM normal supports upto 9, KVM Pro 16 supports upto 16, KVM Pro 32 supports upto 32 and KVM Pro 50 supports upto 50.

Sure, but that sounds like I need to purchase the corporate licensing. There is no individual option for that. I reached out to sales, hopefully they can assist me in figuring it out. I dont need KVM or any of the pro features. Just the regular KM

Hello, I am running into this issue as well.  Trying to use 12 KM but there's a limit to 10 only with a Pro license.  Any solution to this?

After looking up your account, you only have KVM, not KVM Pro.  If you purchased KVM Pro under a different email, you can place a ticket here to have it looked into:

If you have yet to update your license, you would need to do that

Do remember, however, that Multiplicy 4 Pro will only allow for 10 KM concurrent connections.

The 'Multiplicity 4 Business' product that allows for 20 KM connections is not yet available.

Wait, so did I buy this new license for no reason?  My regular license was able to control 10 already.  So I thought you said that I needed to buy a Pro to get over that 10 hump.  It only allowed me 1 extra computer.  So is there nothing I can do?

What I was asking is if you had purchased MP3 KVM Pro, which allowed for more KM concurrent connections, I would need to know under what email address you had purchased it under to look up what email address it was activated under.

If you want us to refund your MP4 Pro license so you can purchase MP4 Business when it is released, please create a ticket here
