Fences 5 - Flickering Fences + Getting Stuck on Top of Screen

Hi,

I've noticed often my fences start to flicker and stutter, and not respond when a window is opened as a snapped window (snapped to the right or left of the screen).

Additionally, I've noticed a glitch that's been around since Fences 3, which I'm not sure if Stardock are looking into - hopefully it can be fixed this time around:

If a fence is moved to the top of the screen, it will snap above the screen (an area that doesn't exist since I have a single monitor), where only the fence title will be visible at the bottom of the fence, peaking through the top of the screen. Trying to unstuck it by dragging the fence down will make it reset position to the original out of bounds snapped position above the screen, and pulling it down will repeat this process. I end up having to fight with the fence and have to drag and swing my mouse very quickly to unstick it which is very odd.
