If it installs Start11v2 with "CoreTemp 1.18.1" installed and registered at startup, Explorer will crash when the PC starts. This phenomenon does not occur with "Open-Shell 4.4.191".

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I been running CoreTemp 1.18.1 on my system with Start11v2 without issue. Refer screenshot below. Coretemp autoload every startup.
Would like to suggest to try uninstall Start11, reboot immediately, re-download latest version again from your product account page. Install it, reboot again, retest and report back.

I will look into other causes.
Does your windows event log show anything about a crash at the time?
I don't know which log is relevant because I don't have enough knowledge.
