Where do I request a refund for Start11 v1 since it is getting discontinued?

Hi, what's the best way to request a refund for Start11? Both on steam and here since I bought licenses in both stores.

The tool is getting discontinued with the release of the fake "upgrade" and I would like to request a refund. 

 

I was expecting full support on Windows 11 and that's obviously not the case anymore. The next update will probably break it and the product I paid for will become unusable.

- a new paid update was released that is not available to current Start11 users

- there are no longer any release feedback threads for start11 versions below 2.0

- last beta version (1.47.3) was released 6 months ago and is still in beta.

- no communication from stardock on future windows 11 support

Why do you believe the next Windows 11 update will break Start 11 1.x?  The last one released since S11 1.47 was released has not broken it.

Also v2 is not a 'fake upgrade'.  It is a massive number of new things and a whole new version hence being 2.x

There are plans for a future 1.x update which integrates some bug fixes we found whilst working on 2.x which will be out next year.

So if start 11 survived the last big update (23h2) before Windows 12 arrives, then why would a small update for Windows 11 break it? With Windows 12 out I wouldn't expect any massive changes to Windows 11.
