Desktop Icons disappeared

No, it's not doubleclick issue

I've been a Stardock Fences user for years, Ver 3 on. Today all my icons disappeared and Snapshots are there but WILL NOT RESTORE.

Folders are still shown within Fences but are now empty. Need a fix here.
