Installation problem on replacement computer

I have previously used Multiplicity on two Windows 10 computers - My desktop was defined as the primary and my laptop as the secondary. After replacing my laptop with a Windows 11 laptop I downloaded Multiplicity to the new laptop but had problems getting it to work. Consequently I uninstalled Multiplicity and prepared to reinstall on both computers.

First I installed on the windows 10 desktop defining it as my secondary (switching the previous settup), however, when I tried to do this on the new laptop after defining it as my primary it would not activate. (error 205).

Can you advise.

I tried a second time to activate Multiplicity on the new laptop and this time it worked. I still have a problem getting the communication to work. I have checked that the nework is set to private and enclose my settup below.

To me this all semms to be correct, however, no connection is made. Could this be a licensing problem inspite of the fact that my old WINDOWS 10 laptop is not in the local network any more.
