Quick Settings Shows Up in the Recent Items List

For some reason Quick Settings is showing up in the "Recent Items" list.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can reproduce the issue, more or less. Just to confirm this on Windows 11 yes? Windows 7 and modern style only.
