One of the changes made to Start11v2 is that you no longer have to hold the shift key down when dragging icons on top of each other to create folders. This was probably requested somewhere along the way, but I find it troublesome. When rearranging icons I am constantly creating folders by mistake.
My request is to add an option in the Config's to require the shift key to create a folder.
