Start11 V2 doesn't work at all?

Hello,

I just purchased Start11 v2 a couple of days ago. It...simply doesn't work. No matter what I do after install and activation, no changes occur, despite rebooting/etc. 

Am I missing something? What info do you need to further troubleshoot this?

Open Task Manager and select Services.

Scroll down to Start11 and make sure the Status is "Running."

Confirmed that it's running. Played around with the settings and got things working - EXCEPT I cannot seem to get rid of "Search" on my taskbar. Any suggestions?

That's a Windows setting. Got to Settings>Personalization>Taskbar and select "Hide."
