Where can I download fences 4

I have a subscription to fences 4 currently but I don't currently have it on my computer and thought I would download it not knowing about Stardocks new releases of fences 5.

I had my activation keys mailed to me and tried to follow the download link above the activation key but that simply leads me to fences 5 download — for which my activation key does not work — and currently I have no way of downloading fences 4.

That choice is less secure than doing it the way JanOscar suggested.

I actually ran into the same problem. If you upgraded from Fences 3 to Fences 4 the download link is now only for Fences 5, the fences 4 upgrade link is missing.

This is the only way I found to get Fences 4 back currently

Phoenix1, that's a webpage. Everyone has it and that tab is visible to everyone, whether you installe the manager app or not.

What's listed as available varies by purchase. Did you try navigating to the page via your avatar on the top bar>downloads?

So what I have in my downloads exactly is a download link of Fences 2 which I upgraded to Fences 4. I did not purchase Fences 4 I upgraded Fences 2 to Fences 4. For whatever reason Fences 4 never ended up in "my downloads"but instead can only be found under "order history" which lists a "key" and a download link above it that says Fences 4 but is actually just Fences 5

I am not sure why it behaves this way because when I upgraded start 11 to start 11v2, I do have both of the links in my downloads

Ahhh...OK...then you should open a Support ticket, I believe. Not sure of the link for that but I think it should be one related to your account. I'll pm basj with the link to this thread so he can help you more effectively. In the future, it'd be a good practie to save your installers...

On that part I agree. I have a stardock folder going now so it shouldnt be an issue in the future. I do have Fences 4 working now so I think I am good. However we will see if OP has his issue resolved as well.

If you don't have OD, it should be listed in your account download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. If it do not appear there, than it might be under different account.  You can raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive or ask a question option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I am not clear on your issue. If you have Fences since Fences v1. And you purchased Fences 2, 3, 4 etc as standalone purchased. I believe all of the Fences version should be available in your account page, no? I checked my account page and I still see my Old Windowblinds 2 still listed in there. Next to my Windowblinds 8 and 10 upgrade.
