Re-Activating Stat11 after installation of a new motherboard and OS reistall

Due to a motherboard issue with my Dell XPS 15 9500laptop I had to have the motherboard replaced and the OS (Windows 11 pro) reinstalled. Re-installation of Star 111 fails due presumably to you installer not recognizing the new motherboard. Please could you advise regarding next steps to get Star Dock 11 operational again?

There should be a link in your account page that lets you deactivate any current activations. Then you can reactivate on the new hardware.

Go here and follow the instructions to deactivate on the defunct computer mother board and then activate on your new one:
