Unable to activate Start11 on new Win 11 Pro PC

Purchased Start11 order STARDOCK231022-4274-36128 on 10/21. Downloaded it to the PC but did not install at that time. In the meantime, the PC C: drive went belly up. I installed a new ssd, did a clean install of Win 11 Pro, downloaded Start11 again and installed it. However, I am unable to activate the product. Need some help here. Thanks.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. When you purchase Start11, you most probably purchased Start11 V1, yes? When you downloaded Start11 did you downloaded V1 or V2? There might be different set of key for V2 if you actually trying to installed V2.

Sorry about the delay. It was V.1 and I was trying to do V.2. Just did a one PC purchase on V.2 and it's up and running. Thanks for your help.
