Upgrade price (3 to 4) more than new price

Hi

I'm looking to install Fences on a new laptop; I currently have Fences 3 and was looking to update to 4.  When I asked for an upgrade price, the price was £8.99, whereas to buy the product new is £8.24.  Could anyone explain this please?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, how do you actually ask for upgrade price? Did you checked via the "Check Upgrade eligibility button"?

Apologies - ignore me, checked today and the new price is £10.99, upgrade £8.99.  Not entirely sure why I was seeing £8.24 the other day for new.
