Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you purchased Fences 3 as a standalone product, not Stardock Object Desktop pack subscription base, than you should still have Fences 3 download link in your account product page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Thank you.

Why are you hiding the download link? I searched a long time for this information.

Well, it's not hidden in any way and I'm not sure how to make it more visible than it already is. At the top right of the forum page is your user icon and clicking it give you access to everything associated with your account:

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not sure what you mean by hiding? The download link should always appear in your account product download page, if you have previously purchased Fences 3 stand alone product.

Thank you.

I mean, that you have to be logged in to download the software. This is a very unusual pattern and I don't understand the reason for it, since you still have to enter the key and email address when you start the installed software.

I had to google it and accidentally came across this forum post...

I believe these steps are normally implemented. For example if you purchase something via Steam, you will need to log in to your account to download, install and activate the software you purchased. Other software provider might be using different method, but this is how Stardock doing it for a long time.
