Fences update keeps reinstalling all the time

After installing the Fences update it instantly says there is an update available

from Stardock Forums

The Fences updates used to work fine, but with the current update, there seems to be an "update circle of death".

I already tried to install Fences from the web site, to uninstall and reinstall Fences - nothing helped so far.

Did anybody have the same experience?

If you are using Object Desktop Manager and it is telling you there is an update, that is an on going issue with ODM

This is not an update waiting, it is ODM trying to install the same version over and over as it reads the version differently

On a related note, Object Desktop Manager is not needed as the individual programs themselves will notify you of an update
