Synchronization Feature between two different devices?

Is Synchronization between two did different devices for same user available in any for the packages? If not, is this in the pipeline and what's the lead time?

In other words, my fences will be setup exactly the same way with the same files and folders on both device's and when changes are done to one device, changes sync to other device.

I would like the same feature. I was able to 'work around' by not using fences and use create folders on my desktop where I put shortcuts.
