Problem with open Apps and Start 11 big problems

Hello,

 

i have Problem with open Apps and Start 11.

problem is:

I want to open e.g. MS Word via Start 11 Quick Launch Bar. Then MS Word opens. I click Word on the place where the Start menu is located left half. It seems that Word is in the foreground but the Start menu does not close properly but is placed invisibly in the foreground and takes commands. This is a big problem and please solve it.
