I have purchased 3 copies of Smart 11; they reside on two laptops and 1 desktop. All three licenses were purchased under one email address.
Recently, I started having a problem with S11 on one of the laptops. Unable to resolve it, I did an uninstall/reinstall to see if that would help. Unfortunately, I did not make note of which computer had which activation key (my bad). When I tried one of the keys on the laptop, I got a message that the key was already in use. When I proceeded with that key, it disabled S11 on the desktop. Obviously, I picked the wrong key.
I have searched for the laptop activation key in t he S11 application, in the registry, and in Saslog.txt to no avail.
My question is: where can I find the key for a particular computer? It has to be stored somewhere either on my computer or the computer/key pair is stored somewhere in a Stardock database. That seems to be the case because the reinstall recognized the key I tried was already in use.
Please help.
