Start11 does not change the Start Menu at all.

Any changes I make do not show (Style, appearance, shortcut list, transparency, etc.)

Just as the title and subtitle state, no changes I make actually work in the Start Menu. It will always stay the basic Windows 11 Start Menu. No changes will affect it even though I know it is turned on. I'm running Version 1.45 and I'm on an Intel processor.
