I have a new computer and would like to install Multiplicity on the new computer. How do I do that?
Thank you.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, from what I know, you just need to install it normally as other software. If you asking for deactivation old and reactivation on new. You just need to follow this guide: https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct.. To deactivate old activation. And you should be able to activate it again on the new system.

Having trouble finding where I see what I have subscribed to. I tried going to https://store.stardock.com, but that did not work.
I want to deactivate Multiplicity and Fences on my secondary laptop, and move to a new laptop.
Please post a screenshot of what you see if you goes to this link: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products.
Thank you,

If you wish to deactivate old multiplicity you just need to click on that "View Product keys" and than the 3 dots button(...) Once the product key information page open. You just need to tick "multiplicity" or any other product and than click on "Deactivate Selected" button.
Thank you, I'll try that.
Still struggling here. I think I was able to uninstall Multiplicity on old laptop. Where do I go to install it on the new laptop as the secondary computer? When I go to the Primary computer and scan, it does not show up. So do I need to install it on the new secondary computer? If so, how??? Please help!
Yes, I do believe you need to install Multiplicity in your secondary computer too. And, please refer here on how to setup Multiplicity. Please refer here: https://forums.stardock.com/486104/multiplicity-support-faq
I have installed Multiplicity as the secondary computer. When I go to the primary computer and scan for new computers it does not see my secondary computer. I am not on a public network.
Just to be sure you trying to use KVM or seamless mode? Also which Multiplicity version you have installed? Multiplicity KM or Multiplicity KVM?
Which version do I have installed on which computer? My primary ? Or my secondary? And how would I find that out?
Both primary and secondary say this....
I am not sure, but from the screenshot it shows Multiplicity KM so you should be able to do those in KM column only.
What do you mean "should be able to do those in KM column only?"
It's scanning for the secondary computer and not finding anything. I'm not sure what to do so I can use this.

This seems to be resolved now. The issue seemed to be that the laptop was set to public, instead of private. Once the connection was changed to private I was able to connect.
Excellent. Did you see how to resolve this from the documentation linked in the last reply?
It was the troubleshooting guide.
