Groupy 2 still won't work with Adobe PDF

Just installed Groupy 2, from Groupy 1. When grouping more than 3 tabs of Adobe pdf it hides all windows permanently. Selecting the first tab will only reveal the window, selecting all other tabs won't reveal the windows.

Using ungroup this group hides all windows permanently.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I don't have Adobe PDF, but I do have Adobe Acrobat, but I can not recreate your issue on it. Refer screenshot below. I wonder, how you make the title pdf don't appear on the tabs.

Thanks

Okay it now seems to work and have found the issue (I think). Make sure you have on Acrobat 'Close all Tabs' automatically, so there is no response box. Your saved groups will now work with Acrobat

@Basj, make sure to have multiple tabs open inside acrobat, so groupy is grouping many acrobat windows with multiple internal tabs (inside acrobat)

Just did that, still I can not reproduce your issue on my system. But, great to hear you resolved it.

groupy 2 will show Acrobat Pro 2020 as a tab but it will not open the tab.  Task manager shows Acrobat as a running program but clicking on the acrobat tab does nothing

Acrobat has a sandboxing feature which may interfere with it's ability to be grouped.

If you disable this it might cooperate more with Groupy.

sandboxing was already turned off - so that wasn't the problem.  However, after reading about sandboxing I decided to turn it on because it seems like a vital security option I wouldn't want without even if it meant I could not use Groupy 2.

HOWEVER, adding the groupy 2 operating folder to Privileged Locations under View=>Preferences=>Security(enhanced) seems to resolve the issue even if sandboxing is turned on.
