Subsciber info

I have happy purcased 3(three) WC Subscriptions, but I dont see some updated info yet.
My first subsciption was 1 year ago, and that expire date is still october 2004.
My second was a week ago, but no update on that expire date.
Today I purcased my third....
If I follow this trend i will have subscribions out 2010

But I gladly purcased once,twice,third
Its worth the money, so indeed!!!

Where are you not seeing the updated info? In SDCentral? Try hitting the register button, that should re-fetch your subscription info.

I pressed update in SDCentral, but no new expire date.. still 10.23.2004
In Wincustomize Browser, no new expire date.. still 10.23.2004

Delete Stardock cookies in between log out and log in

Still no luck...
Logged off Wincustomize Site,browser, sdcentral..
Deleted cookies and logged on again. no luck!!
Unistalled both SDCentral, Winc Browser.

Still no luck, so I have mailed T-Man, hope with better luck there

KarmaGirl or someone else had to manually adjust them once before. Maybe they will have to do it again.

hummmm...T-Man is up to his eyeballs in 'stuff'....try 1 more thing. E-mail for your serial #'s and make sure the newest is the one that shows in your SDC reg. info. If you do have to change the number, do the 'cookie' thingy to set it

Suggest emailing sales@stardock.com. With all the server problems they've had there may be a hikcup there.

I have emailed support and got this:

"Currently our system does not automatically extend your subscription end date when purchasing multiple subscriptions. It's just something that we have not put into place yet because the original 2 year subscription has not ended yet. But this is something that we will be doing soon.

But just to correct your situation I have manually corrected your end and the next time you logon you should see the new expiration date."

So my subscriber expires 10 december 2009
