I Dont Understand

Call me stupid (you are stupid) Ok I asked for that.

I have just downloaded windows blinds and got the enhanced version going.

I chose a nice looking, what I thought was a scheme.

I thought that it would change my wallpaper, mouse pointers, icons etc in to the chosen them.

I have got cool looking buttons and colours and menue's but where are the mouse pointers, wallpaper.

I know to you experts this might sound stupid but I dont follow all the other programs available,

Someone spell it out to me please in a language even homer simpson could understand

WindowBlinds is mainly a tool for changing your Windows, sometimes authors will include a wallpaper too. If you check the setting "apply any wallpaper supplied" then if there is a wall in the file it will be applied for you. Many authors don't include a wall though as it adds to the download size of the file quite considerably. Cursors need to be changed with CursorXP, Icons with IconPackager etc etc.

It doesn't sound stupid. Never know if you don't ask. As BoXXi said, Windowblinds is mostly for um, the borders on the windows of your programs. If you want to skin everything you could go with Object Desktop. It's really a great deal, you get ALL the programs listed here https://www.stardock.com/order.asp?product=ObjectDesktop plus unlimited Wincustomize.com access.
Then you could use Winstyles to skin everything in one click.
