Hello, If this is the most current thread on the ARM subject, I'd like to express my need for the StarDock product on ARM too.

My Business purchases multiple copies (50+) of Stardock yearly for over 10 yrs. Several of those systems are Macs, now running M1-3 Chipsets and Windows 11 ARM. It's been over 3 yrs that we've been requesting Stardock to support & compile in a ARM program. Please have development give this "Growing" need a serious consideration. As old Intel Macs are being EOL, more Macs are M-Series ARM Chipsets.

Thank you

With the Object Desktop announcement listing Windows Arm compatibility, does Start11 now work for Windows 11 on a Mac running Parallels?

If so, when will standard Start11 accounts get the ability to do this independently? That’s obviously without the need for purchasing the Object Desktop subscription and a series of apps many customers may well not need.

Thank you.

Hello,
From what I know, currently, it only work on OD active subscriber. It will eventually be available for all. But, there is no official announcement yet on when.

Thanks

I just bought Start11 v2 only to install it and find out it doesn't run on my ARM processor. How do I download the ARM version?

As mentioned above currently, Start11v2 ARM support only available for Object Desktop Subscriber. If you wish to have ARM support now, you will need to subscribe to Object Desktop. If not, you will need to wait for it to be release as stand alone license. From what I read it should be available the earliest in mid June.

Just got on and noticed the update as being supported through Object Desktop. I have 50-100 Star Dock 11 licenses and 1 Object Desktop suit package.  In past I downloaded the StarDock from the download items. You're indicating I need to obtain a different version within Object Desktop than from the Download section or need to use a different activation key?

When you subscribe to Object Desktop, your account download page should have something similar like the screenshot below. You should be able to download and install the Insider build for your ARM base system. And use the Object Desktop key to activate it.

Just wanted to add... I've installed in my VM ARM Win11 Pro  and StarDock works very nicely.

Can I install this on my other Win11 ARM VM's on the same Macbook Pro?

How many activations can this Object Desk top single lic be used?

This is nice, what's the est timeframe to release stand alone version?

Thanks, I enjoy having StarDock on Win11 ARM.

I don't have ARM base system to verify that, but I do believe it should also work. ObjectDesktop come with 5 activation each application on single license key. Do know if you activate on VM machine, that count as another one activation.
