now that i've had a chance to examine things a bit more closely, i think the second one has a trivial amount of pinnache that the first one doesn't possess. i think if you look again, you'll see what i mean. the slight nuances, altho small and almost indistinguishable, are exquisite.

I've got them uploaded. Waiting moderation..... I'm gonna upload the tiled and normal backgrounds that match them too.

Any ideas for more icons along that line are welcome, so feel free to suggest some.

My current desktop, thats Avant Browser, by the way, and it's skinnable by itself. Come to think of it that should be in Wincustomize, and its even based off of IE.
