Hello,
Try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately, Download and install the latest version: V1.42 (Beta): https://forums.stardock.com/517565. Reboot again after. Retest and report back.
Thanks

Hi Basj
Using the Beta version resolved the problem, thank you!
Is there anyway of dragging an app from the Windows Menu onto the desktop creating a shortcut for the app?
Kind Regards

Hello,
On Windows 10/11 style, you can right click on icons -> More-> Create shortcut on desktop.

I believe you're looking at Windows 11 default Start menu. Not Start11 Start menu. Please check this setting. Make sure the "Use the Start11 Start Menu" is turn on.

And check the Control page setting.

Thank you,

Hi
I did as you said and yes it lets me create a shortcut on my desktop, but I lost my Windows 7 style menu.
If I change it back to WIndows 7 style menu, I can no longer create a shortcut from the Windows App menu.
So, your changes doesn't resolve my problem, but it does allow me to create desktop shortcuts, after which I can switch back to the WIndows 7 style menu.
Thanks for your help
Kind Regards
