Start11 not displaying 24 hour clock

Windows settings show 24hr clock is on. Start11 task bar doesn't show 24hr clock, ie. 13:21 is shown as 1:21pm.

I am not able to reproduce your issue, what version of Start11 and Windows(winver.exe) are you running?
