The Win-Ctl-Space toggle causes all shortcut icons on desktop not in a fence to disappear.
Same thing happens when Win-Space is used, but that is not an issue.

That is what happen when you make Fences to appear on top of other Windows. To bring it back you just need to press "Win+Control+Space" again.
Does not work for me either -- Fences don't popup through other app displays. Also, doesn't show desktop.
I put desktop icons in unnamed non-rollup frames to solve their disappearance.
But when I click on any app W-C-S is toggled off!
The toggle should stay on until I toggle it off.
