Label does not dissapear when starting an app

I am aware no support is given for Windows insiders however I want to share a small bug

I am using Win10 style full screen menu
When i mouseover a tile, the label appears after a about second as expected
When then starting the app the label does not dissapear automatically
A mouse over does however (see https://youtu.be/arcKB_tr4PE)

I am on Windows insider so thought creating a ticket is useless
