Start11 Causing Powershell Problems, and Clock gets placed over start button on secondary monitors.

I am having an issue where Start11 seems to be causing PowerShell to constantly start, and stop in the background seen in taskmanager. It also causes an "Application did not start correctly" error when shutting down my PC. However my PC will still shut down normally. I have done some research online, and this seems to be an issue that has been going on for a while now. See: https://forums.stardock.com/514350/powershell-error-upon-shutdown-at-start11-install AND https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1004558/powershell-was-not-runned-succesfully-on-shutdown

This issue happens with v1.39, and v1.39.1. And is only resolved by completely uninstalling Start11.

I can provide photos, a video, and logs if needed.

Another issue is that occasionally, the clock and date gets placed over the start button on my 2nd & 3rd monitors.  The only solution is to disable & re-enable taskbar on other displays in windows settings.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

This morning before work when I turned off my PC, I did not get the application did not start error. When I got home from work, I checked to see if I was still getting the looping powershell in the background, and it was not happening for some reason. This was before purging.

Now I have purged and reinstalled with v1.4.03, both fully shut down, and also pressed restart, and still no issue. I have no idea why it stopped as I had done multiple uninstalls and reinstalls before this thread post but the issue still occurred.

Very odd.. If it starts again I will update here.

Thank you!

We did make a small tweak to 1.4.0.3 for the powershell stuff so that might have helped too.

Otherwise it might have been Windows continuing to install apps in the background as it does on new installs or user accounts sometimes which triggered new app pinned notifications.
