Using Fences, my icons move down my screen each time I reboot

My "normal" windows Icons are positioned two (or sometimes three) rows (of icons) down my screen each time I reboot. I move them up, save a Layout snapshot, rinse and repeat because the next time I reboot they have slipped down again. VERY annoying, but otherwise a fantastic product. I cant believe I am the only person with this issue...

Here is my pc info. No crash dumps as my PC doesnt crash. Ill try to record a screen capture although not sure how to do that...

Taken a screen video using MS Sniping which seems to have done the job. Just need to figure out how to attach it (mp4 file) here >:(  

 

Feeling REALLY stupid, coz I cant figure out how to do that!
