Where exactly is this supposed to go and how are you supposed to use it?

the file is a zip file. so, rename it to have a .zip extension, then unzip it.

this is all about writing docklets (plugins) for object dock. basically, if you dont know anything about programming, you can safely ignore this.

if you do know about programming, then read the DX SDK for comparison!

how come object dock has such a fancy looking SDK, and DX / OB and KLP dont?
