Cannot validate account because my email address is deactivated

Since I no longer have the email address associated with my product key I can not validate my account since I cannot gain access to the validation code, link, or whatever method Stardock uses. Accordingly, I cannot access my account to update email address. How is this remedied?

By the way, I posted here because I created a new account with a different email address, but it remains that my validation code is associated with my non-working email address.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the Account Mergers \ Email change section. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
