How safe is WindowBlinds for my Windows 11?

I know WindowBlinds since first versions. I remember in early versions it was modifying System Files. I'm not sure if the latest version for Windows 11, are still updating system files, or customization methods have changed. I really like to use it, but I cannot sacrifice my OS stability.

Is it really safe to install? Can I completely uninstall/disable it without harming my original System Files?

Thanks for advice.

I haven't had any system issues but it messes with Windows 11 dark mode since dialog and window appearance will be changed by WB.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I hope Stardock developers also post some technical detail here or refer to a link for deeper information .

Windowblinds does not alter or replace any system files in any edition of Windows.

Instabillity occurs when the user is deploying non-Stardock GUI altering software (with the exception of Winstep Extreme and Nexus Extreme) together with Stardock software. Instability also occurs when the user deploys dev/insider builds of W11, as Stardock cannot possibly alter its software for so many/frequent builds.
