Start 11 Surface Pro Pen

Using a Surface pro 7 with the Surface Pen & Start11 (latest Beta) on Windows 11.  When touching the Start 11 button with the Surface Pen the start 11 menu opens (normal) but if i press again with 2 secs the original start menu pops up.  Is this a feature or a bug?  TBH sometimes i like it and sometimes its just freaking annoying. O:)

Turned them all off as i didnt see the point of using two start menus.
