Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
The visibility of the hibernate option is usually controlled by: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FlyoutMenuSettings
ShowHibernateOption value. Set to 1 to make that show

Sean thank you for the reply.
The FlyoutMenuSettings directory does not exist under Explorer directory on my system. Using Open-Shell the hibernate option appears and disappears correctly when hibernate is enabled/disabled respectively.
Is the FlyoutMenuSettings directory and keys supposed to be created by Start11 or existing on the system?
Thanks!
You can use the following
https://cdn.stardock.us/support/uploads/Flyout.zip
to add the registry entries:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FlyoutMenuSettings]
"ShowSleepOption"=dword:00000001
"ShowHibernateOption"=dword:00000001
"ShowLockOption"=dword:00000001
Again, log out \ in and try again, please.

Sean,
Thank you for the registry file. Importing these settings into the registry did display the option on the Start11 menu.
Thanks!
Pleased to hear it and you are most welcome.

Confirmed for Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2 as well. Adding "ShowHibernateOption"=dword:00000001 to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FlyoutMenuSettings] restored my Hibernate option as well. Thank you!!!
You are most welcome.
