Sorry to hear you are having issues.

First, Make sure you're using the correct key for Fences V3. Than, please check if you have not reach maximize activation count. You should try deactivate old activation using this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct.

Try those and if still fail, please raise a support ticket using the link below. Choose account management option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Once you purchased Fences 4, you should have receive Fences 4 license key. If not, you can use this guide to get to your license key: https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#gettingproducts. Make sure to put in the correct email address that linked to your purchase. Once you get the key please use it to activate Fences 4.

i have also logged onto Stardocks to confirm the code. I have also confirmed that i have no other devices active. Still fails

Please raise a support ticket using the link I give above (reply#1) so Support can check your account detail. Include all your purchase details in there.

Sorted. For your info the -11 error was because the Fences software wasnt able to communicate with the activation server. We added the server address to "Barracuda Web Filtering" and all worked ok
