Function of: "Double click Fence titlebar to roll up"

What is the purpose of the "Double click Fence titlebar to roll up"?

I don't understand what this function is supposed to do?  I don't see a difference whether this is check or not.

I am running Fences version 4.0.7.2

I was hoping to find a configuration where all my fences (10) would be rolled up and open when I mouse over the fence I want - where the fence would remain open until I double click the fence titlebar.

Is this configuration possible?  If so, please advise how to configure for this purpose.  If not, please put a request in to have this feature added.

Right click on your desktop and make sure that Fences is not locked for that to function as intended:

I took a look at LOCK FENCES and see that it is turned on.  I turned it off and still do not see a difference.  Worse yet, with LOCK FENCES off then my fences are to easily inadvertently moved when select a fence to open.

That setting allows for a Double-Click on the header of each of your Fences to roll them up individually, if you do not have this turned on, a double-click on them will hide all Fences. You can almost get what you want this way, but they will still auto roll-up when you mouse off of them
