Show Day Of The Week On Taskbar Clock
Start11 can show seconds on the taskbar clock.
Would it be possible to also get it to show the day of the week?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You on Windows 10 or 11?
Thanks

I'm not having any issues.
I just wondered if it was possible to display the day on the taskbar clock.
That is why I am asking you on Windows 10 or 11. I can see it on Windows 10

Thank you,

And on Windows 11 you can try this steps. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-do-i-show-the-day-of-the-week-in-the-taskbar/35a00861-6f43-41cf-a75a-121011c3658e. I tested it and it work on my system.

I'm on Windows 11.
Have you tried the steps I mentioned on Reply#4?

I'll have a look at that. Thank you.
But it looks like it will also add the day of week to File Explorer.
I use ElevenClock to get this. I just thought it would be better if Start11 could do it.![]()
Ues, it natively does it, I've had it going since Windows 7. All you have to do is stretch the taskbar to be taller, like 2 rows of icons on it. The day will appear under the time, and above the date. Some people are irritated b the tall taskbar. I keep mine hidden. Mouse down to it and up it pops.
Thanks for the suggestion, but even if it could be done in Windows 11, I wouldn't want to do it.
The default taskbar size is already very large with lots of wasted space above and below the icons and in between them.
