 I became your customer on November 22.       The product is good,  but your company sucks for abusing my email address so badly.     PLEASE STOP YOUR SPAM IMMEDIATELY.       Do we need to hard BLOCK your sending domain?

 

You folks are one of the worst I've seen in quite awhile.     Don't bother telling me again to unsubscribe,  I did that weeks ago to no avail.

Do you really get that many emails? I rarely get any. It would seem like I will get a few and then nothing for weeks sometime months. Anyway I agree that excessive email is annoying. Hope you get it worked out.

At the bottom of every email we send, it should allow you to unsub from that type.  Is that a method you have tried?
