After System Restore, my Product Key no longer works

I purchased Object Desktop yesterday morning, was given a Product Key and installed and activated the software without issue.  However, I had to run a System Restore on my PC and now am trying to reinstall the software, but I am now receiving an Error Message stating that the Product Key is associated with another account, which is not true.  How can I rectify the issue?

None of those options are working.  I ordered Object Desktop with a Guest Account.  I have created an account since, obviously, but it shows I have no downloaded software on my account, but clearly shows my purchase. I can't use a Command Prompt because Object Desktop is no longer on my computer.  I am unable to even redownload.

Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
