Taskbar icons not showing until mouse over

The open program icons to the left of the clock area very often do not show regardless of which skin is applied.

To get them to show I simply run the cursor overtop of that area of the taskbar and just like that they show up.

Not a big deal, just another reason to complain, I guess. 

All other aspects of Window Blinds for 11 work as needed.

All updates to date.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4.
