this keeps happening everytime an icon added /removed to try (like minimizing app etc)

it only happens when a certain amount of icons are on the tray (or hidden)
sometimes when i close app from the tray the issue disappears..
maybe when like less then 3 icons are visible...
atm its ok
if u need any more information let me know... ill try to help as much as i can as this bug really annoy me 
The issue only happen if you have specific icon in the tray or specific numbers of icons?

i have no idea... icons are constant the number of them isnt (closing some of them)
I can't reproduce your issue on my Windows 11 system. Please try, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after. Reinstall Start11, reboot again. Retest is and report back.

I'm encountering the same issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue persists. I really only notice it after coming out of a full screen game. I also do not have any persistent system tray icons displayed besides the default. I'm wondering if it could be due to the microphone icon that shows up in the system tray when I'm using discord.
I just started getting this as well after I installed the KB5019157 update, which was likely the culprit as it is the new build for the RC insiders channel.
still facing the issue after uninstall + restart and reinstall.
maybe related to resolution i'm on 2k screen here with NVIDIA card if that matters.

I am trying to suggest to see if anything causing the issue on your system. I can't reproduce your issue on my Windows 11 system. So it is no point for me to do the sandbox. its not only my issue as you can see, i'm trying to give as much information as i can but to install sandboxes and test ?
maybe if you pay me to do QA , no offence 
Hmm, I also reported the issue to Microsoft's feedback hub, though I don't seem to be having the issue today so (for me) it could just be a minor oddity where a reboot fixes it.
windows sandbox changed nothing .. issue still happens in sandbox.
i see more people are posting the same issue as i have , maybe now something will move..
if not , i hope just to get a refund as this tray icons issue is REALLY annoying.
