Is it possible to make the Fence Opacity less than 20% ?

We have 0, 20 , 40, 60, 80, and 100%..  But I would like my fences to be even less than 20%.  I have them set to Fade In when I mouse over.  But I would like them less visible when not in use.  Like maybe 10 or 5%..

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Yes, it possible, use the slider instead. You can set it for all the Fences or individual Fences. Example in screenshot below. Inside Fences 4 configuration window.-> Color & appearance->Background Style and Color-> click on the drop down arrow to select individual Fences to change or select "All Fences" to change all-> Transparency slider->Slider to left to adjust to what ever transparency setting you wish.

Thanks for the reply. But that also makes the windows dimmer when I Mouse over them.  I want them barely visible on the desktop until the mouse moves over then.  Then I want them to be much more visible.  So I think I can only achieve that with the opacity going lower?

I believe there is no option for that.
