The Seconds do not show on the Taskbar Clock even though it is switched on in Start11 settings.
After a bit of investigation, the only way I can make this work is to wait until the PC is fully booted then restart Explorer, then after 20 seconds the seconds show on the clock!!
It can take upto a minute for it to take effect.
I assume waiting after initial boot does not help?
Also is this a boot up or a sign in having previously signed out?
If the first, do you have the same issue if you sign out and in again?
This happens on Boot up
If I sign out and sign in again I have seconds showing.
That is something I never do as a single user running an administrator account the PC gets re-booted used and then runs in a sleep mode until it wakes to perform some function or event, until the next time it requires a re-boot.
