Start 11 Not showing icons on taskbar

Hello.

I have this persisting issue that when windows starts everything looks fine but after a second the taskbar switches to blank 

 

 

 

To get the icons back on the taskbar i have to go into start11 and turn taskbar search on and off. 

I have tried to reinstall start 11 but it stays the same.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

  1. Windows 11 full version number. Use Winver.exe to get it.
  2. Start11 version installed.

Running windows 10 latest update 21H2 build 19044.2130

and start11 v.1.31 just downloaded

Please try, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after, reinstall Start11. Reboot immediately, retest and report back here.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

I think there is an issue with the Start11 Search on Windows 10. See this thread. https://forums.stardock.com/515271/page/1/#3868068

I was just referring to this post because both issues are about empty fields (Start11 Search and Taskbar) on windows 10 related to turning on Start11 Search in 1.3. They are not necessarily related, but might be caused by a similar issue.
