Window Blinds 11 freezes immediately on running

Downloaded trial Window Blinds 11 (on new 64bit machine with win11 os) to be sure it works before paying, installed, prompts restart... configuration app opens and freezes. Clicking anywhere on configuration app gives 'invalid' sound. Can only force close configuration app through taskman, cannot close by (x), or right click task icon and close or close all apps. Not hogging resources, just stuck open and unresponsive (Uninstalled, redownload, reinstall, etc... tried as admin, with compatibility, other settings, etc. no luck.

Just to save you a little turnaround time, they're going to need your Win11 os version (via the "Winver" command) and which anti-virus you're using.  Also, since it's a new machine, have you installed any driver updates etc.

Thank you DaveRI...   Win11 Version 22H2 (os build 22621.674) up to date - currently no antivirus (remedied soon - company issue). No driver updates installed (only a couple of peripheral updates available but not required). Can give any information needed but was more of a heads up. Have Start11 running just fine, not sure if this would conflict but will suffice for now.
