Like windows with its pinned folder:

W:\Users\sEriEs\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\StartMenu

I need to know where is the equivalent for the Start10 program.

Thats for the Windows 7 menu. If you use the Win10/11 menu then it is stored in the registry settings Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Stardock\Start8\Start8.ini
